From Ishika (artist)
This multimedia artwork is inspired by one of my personal favourite artists: Banksy. Banksy is a pseudonymous English street artist who creates truly astonishing situational pieces of art. One of my favourite works of his is his graffiti street art depicting Albert Einstein holding a sign saying “Love is The Answer”. This piece is a message to society to put an end to fights and wars and spread love everywhere. In my painting, I adapted the message to “Now or Never”, symbolising the change every single person can make in this world. My artwork shows Einstein holding his sign upon a bright background, bright with opportunities, possibilities, and power. It is an empowering piece of art, motivating people to keep going and to stay happy.
